Daily (SMS) Campaign Wise Report
The Daily (SMS) Campaign Wise Report allows you to schedule an automated report providing insights about your SMS campaigns that is sent daily to the configured email addresses. The purpose of the Daily Campaign Wise Report is to provide businesses, marketers, and organizations with detailed insights into the performance of SMS messages sent through various campaigns.

| Total Units | Displays the total SMS units sent through a campaign. When you send a long SMS, the message is split into multiple units and is recombined at the receiving end. Each unit is charged as a separate message. | 3 |

| Failed | The total number of messages failed for any reason in a campaign. | 3 |

Enable and Configure Daily Campaign Wise Report
To enable and configure the daily campaign wise report, perform the following steps:
- Log in to your Kaleyra platform.
- On the top-right of the page, click the User Profile drop-down and then click Settings.
The General Settings page appears.
- On the left menu bar, click the Notifications.
The Notifications page appears.
- Scroll down to Daily Campaign Wise Report.
- Toggle Daily Campaign Wise Report.
The Daily Campaign Wise Report is enabled.
- Click the Edit Details link.
The Daily Campaign Wise Report pane appears on the right side of the page.
- By default, when the daily campaign wise report frequency is enabled, an email notification is sent daily at 10 AM, based on the time zone of your Kaleyra account (you can view and edit your time zone in your profile settings), with a link to download the attached daily campaign-wise report.
- In the Send Report To field, enter the email addresses to receive the daily campaign wise report.
Note:You can add multiple email addresses separated by a comma. For example - [email protected],[email protected].
- Click Save. The Request executed successfully message appears.
Notes:
- To stop receiving email notifications for the daily campaign wise report, toggle Daily Campaign Wise Report and disable it.
- If you disable a previously configured Daily Campaign Wise Report, when you re-activate it, the same configuration will be automatically restored.
