RCS template allows you to send RCS messages using a predefined format. Using Kaleyra's platform, you can submit an autonomous RCS message template. Also, you can create and edit RCS templates with or without media templates based on your requirements. You can use the template to send RCS messages to your end-users. Templates enable you to both send notifications or marketing messages in a one-way fashion and to initiate two-way communications.
