Download a List

A List can be downloaded from Communicate Pro in either Excel or CSV format. You can choose to download the file with or without the mobile user properties/attributes.

If you choose the Export via Email option, you will be prompted to enter your email address to receive a CSV file. Select the desired file type to start the download process.

Note:

Microsoft Excel can only support worksheets with 1,048,576 rows. If your List is larger than that, you will need to open the file in an application other than Excel (such as NotePad or Text Wrangler) in order to retrieve the full result set.

If you forget about this and your List exceeds the size allowed by Excel, you will be presented with a warning.
