Notification

The Notification page allows you to set an alert for low balance for your account and this page also allows you to turn on the automated SMS reports that show the details of the SMS sent to the customers.

  1. Turn the Low Balance Alert feature on with the toggle button.

  2. Click on the Edit details button to open the settings for the Low Balance Alert.

  3. Specify the low credit balance threshold. When the current balance falls below this threshold, an alert is sent for low balance.

  4. Specify the email address to which the alert must be sent.

  5. Click Save.
    The low balance alert setting is done.

  6. Turn the SMS Automated Reports feature on with the toggle button.

  7. Select the Report Frequency Daily, Weekly, and Monthly check boxes based on your needs.

  8. Specify the email address to which the SMS report must be sent.

  9. Click Save.
    The SMS automated report is scheduled.
