New Features

The Kaleyra SMS Channel can now be used through our plugins:

  • In the Workflow module of Zoho CRM to send automated SMS delivery to leads based on trigger conditions.
  • To send SMS campaigns in Zoho CRM.
  • In Shopify's Marketing Automation section to send automated SMS delivery based on trigger conditions.
  • As a generic connector integrated with Kaleyra.io available on CleverTap.

Enhancements

  • Customers can now fetch the campaign name in the Kaleyra.io WhatsApp reports for campaigns launched through the WhatsApp WebEngage plugin.
