SMS Route Types

Kaleyra.io allows different routes for sending SMS. These routes ensure that your message is delivered as expected to your end users.

By default, there are two route types available:

1. OTP
2. DEFAULT

Route type is not a mandatory field. You can mention type=OTP, only when you are sending OTP messages.

Marketing & Transactional Route

Users who have got additional routes enabled from Kaleyra.io Support will have the following route types:

1. OTP
2. DEFAULT/MKT
3. TXN
