Overview
Conversation Analytics feature is available only for IN and US regions.
Kaleyra platform’s Conversation Analytics is a generative AI tool that allows accessing and querying your data by means of natural language questions and prompts. You can type your questions or pick the question from the suggested questions for SMS and WhatsApp data available on your account in the Kaleyra platform. The Kaleyra AI translates your question into a query into the database and fetches the data.
You can view the data for Conversation Analytics from Kaleyra Platform in the following formats:
- Summary text explaining the result
- Table with results that can be downloaded
- A graph showing the result
Notes:
- Currently, Conversation Analytics is only supported for the English language.
- Kaleyra platform’s Conversation Analytics responds to your query in an intuitive way based on the same set of aggregated data also used for generating the standard SMS summary report and WA summary report.
- Consider that the results provided by Kaleyra AI may not be fully accurate and the use of Kaleyra AI generated information should always be supervised by a human.
- Conversation Analytics has no access to PII like phone numbers or message content
- Conversation Analytics can answer questions using the last 6 months of data
Use Case
Creating analytics through Natural Language Processing
For example, a user can ask to generate reports/analytics through a Natural Language Processing statement or question, such as “Overview of messages send per WhatsApp Template?”, and in response, the Kaleyra AI model will interpret the question, generate the query on the data that is most fitting the question, and finally display the summary of the result, a table, and as a graph.
An error message will be displayed in case the model is not able to understand the statement or the question. It is recommended to modify your question and try again.
