Send Catalogue Link Messages
POST Method
The Send Catalogue Link Messages API allows you to send Catalogue Link messages to WhatsApp users.
You have the option to share a link to your complete product catalog by creating a wa.me link and including it in a standard text message. Additionally, when composing the text message, you have the option to use the optional preview_url
parameter set to true
, which will allow the message to display a series of product catalog thumbnails for any URL in the message body string.
Note:
If you disable the catalog, through the proper WhatsApp for Business API endpoint, then the wa.me links and the View Catalog button in catalog link messages will display an Invalid catalog link message when tapped.
