Overview

The Directory is unique to your account and can store all your contact information. The tasks that you can perform within the Directory are:

• Store your contacts and blocklist them (blocklisted contacts will not receive messages from any launched campaign).
• Organize your contacts by Tags or Custom columns.
• Lookup carrier information for any contact.
• Import and Export the .CSV files.

You can use the contact information stored in the Directory to send Marketing, Promotional, or Transactional messages.
