Measure Conversions - Milestone

A milestone allows you to measure a specific interaction or occurrence on your Chatbot. For example, you can use a milestone to measure when someone successfully answers a follow-up question and thus reaches a certain point in the flow. Milestones are displayed in the Report available in the Chatbot section of kaleyra.io and can also be used to measure conversion rates.
