Create a Quick Broadcast

To create a quick message,

  1. Erom Communicate Pro’s Broadcasts menu, select Broadcasts > Quick Broadcast . The Create A Quick Message page will appear.

  1. In the Create A Quick Message page, enter the following information:
FieldDescription
ShortcodeSelect the shortcode over which the message should be sent.
SMS RecipientsSelect the list to which the messages should be sent, or manually enter the numbers.
Message BodyEnter the message text that you wish to send to the list of recipients.
  1. When finished entering the information, click Next. The Review Message page will appear. Review your message information.
  2. If it is correct, click Send The Message. The message will immediately be sent to the recipients.
