Delete a Configured Channel

You can delete a configured channel from the fallback.

To delete a configured channel from the fallback, perform the following steps:

1. Follow step 1 to step 3 of the Edit a Draft Fallback page.
   The Edit Fallback Flow page appears.

2. On the right-hand side of First Channel, click the delete icon.
   The Delete Confirmation message Are you sure you want to delete the channel? appears.

3. Click Yes, Delete.
   The configured channel gets deleted.

4. Click Save.
