Enable a Callback Profile

Any disabled callback profile can be enabled and used again.

To enable a callback profile, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to your Kaleyra platform.

   The Channels page appears.

2. On the profile settings drop-down list, select the Callback Profiles option.

   The Callback Profiles page appears.

3. Click the ellipsis icon corresponding to the callback profile and select the Enable option.
   The Enable Callback pop-up message appears.

4. Click the Enable button.
   The confirmation message callback profile enabled appears.
