WhatsApp Block Users API
The Block Users API allows you to prevent specific end-users identified through their mobile numbers to receive WhatsApp message from your brand and to automatically block any message sent to your WhatsApp Business Number.
Limitations
- You can only block end users who have messaged you in the last 24 hours.
- Blocklist capacity is limited to 64,000 mobile numbers.
Using this API, you can:
- Block one or more WhatsApp user mobile numbers from contacting the business account.
- Unblock previously blocked user mobile numbers.
- Retrieve the list of user mobile numbers that are currently blocked for monitoring.
