WhatsApp Group Management Callbacks

Kaleyra platform supports WhatsApp Group Management Webhooks provided by Meta through the Groups API. The platform receives and processes Group Management webhook events from Meta and delivers the corresponding callback notifications to the business through the configured Callback Profiles. The following Group Management events are supported:

• Group Lifecycle Update – Notifications related to group creation and deletion.
• Group Participant Update – Notifications related to participants joining, leaving, or being removed from a group.
• Group Status Update – Notifications related to changes in the group status, such as suspension and suspension cleared.
