Manage Subaccounts allows you to manage different teams/office branches/products (or your own customers in the case of ISVs). You can create and assign users to sub-accounts configuration based on your business requirements, business units, business verticals, business modules, and many more in a few steps.

If you are a Parent Account user, you can perform the following tasks:

  • Add a sub-account
  • Edit a sub-account
  • Recharge a sub-account
  • Log in to a sub-account
  • Suspend a sub-account

Further, you can use your Parent Account API credentials to access Kaleyra's REST API and API resources of all the sub-accounts.
