SMS By Template Report
The SMS By Template Report includes all the messages that have been sent (MT messages) or received (MO messages). The report is aggregated by date, template ID, status, and total for the mobile terminated SMS sent by the customers to their organization, you can view the following details in the report:

| Status | The delivery status of the SMS. The possible statuses are SENT, NOT-SENT, SENT-No DLR, UNDELIVERED, and DELIVERED. | Delivered |
| Total | Sum of the total messages submitted for the template ID based on status and date. | 5 |
