To contact us for an enterprise chatbot, perform the following steps:
- On the Chatbot page, in the Looking for an Enterprise bot? section, click Contact us.
The Contact us pop-up appears.
- Enter the following details:
- In the First Name field, enter your first name.
- In the Last Name field, enter your last name.
- In the Phone Number field, enter your phone number with your country code.
- In the Email Address field, enter your business email address.
- In the Tell us little about your business / requirement field, enter a brief description of your requirement (such as your business domain and the channel).
- Click Submit. One of Kaleyra's Chatbot specialists will contact you to understand your requirement in detail.
