WhatsApp Dashboard

You to test the WhatsApp message using Sandbox from the dashboard page.

Prerequisites

• At least one active WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is associated with your account.
• At least one phone number is associated with the WABA.
• At least one approved message template.

To test the WhatsApp message using the sandbox, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to your kaleyra.io account.
   The Channels page appears.

2. On the WhatsApp card, click Manage.
   The Dashboard tab detail appears.

3. Click the Try Sandbox.
   The Sandbox pop-up appears.

4. Perform the following steps:
   1. In the From field, the default set number appears. If you have multiple numbers and to change the number, click the arrow next to the From field, and a list of numbers appears. Select the number of your choice.
   2. The default country code appears for the destination country's mobile number. To change the country code, click the arrow next to the country code and the list of country codes appears. Select the country code where you want to send the WhatsApp message.
   3. In the To Mobile Number field, enter the mobile number to send the WhatsApp message.
   4. In the Select template field, the default set template appears. If you have multiple templates and to change the template, click the Arrow next to the Select template field, and a list of templates appears. Select the template using which you want to send the WhatsApp message. The Template Body displays the preview of the WhatsApp message according to the selected template.
   5. In the Parameter section, update the details in the variables based on the sample template body. The parameter appears when you have a variable in the WhatsApp template.
5. Click Send.
   The confirmation message appears.
