Communicate Pro categorizes mobile messaging campaigns into three main components: Campaigns, Messages, and Programs.

• Campaigns – represents an overall messaging campaign, used to organize your programs into convenient groupings.
• Message Text – represents a mobile-terminated message sent from Communicate Pro to users' mobile handsets.
• Interactive Programs – include all program types in which the user receives a message text on their mobile device in response to an inbound message.
• Multi-Step Program – a type of interactive program that enables the user to create complex interactions and conversations, based on conditional logic and/or a set of inputs.
