This report discusses the state of accessibility of Kaleyra Video on Android and iOS SDK v4. The assessment was conducted using Apple iOS Accessibility Inspector (iOS) and Google Android Accessibility Scanner (Android).

The results indicate that the product is currently compliant with all defined accessibility standards.
Accessibility standards compliant
- Video and Chat communication: For those that have hearing problems a visual communication is provided by integrating our solution.
- Dynamic Text Size: Supported in the limits of acceptable UX.
- Inverted colors, contrast enhancement and transparency reduction.
- Voice Over/Talk Back.
- HandsFree: Calls can be answered/rejected with vocal actions and with bluetooth devices.
- Assistive Touch: Zoom capability and actions triggerable with both gestures and tappable actions. Making it easier for users with visual, motor, and cognitive impairments.
- Mono audio: For those who have hearing problems in one ear and use hearing aids, it is possible adjust the balance by increasing the volume in a given ear, so as not to lose even a word.
- Visual&Vibration Alerts: Every time something arrives (incoming calls, messages, etc.) there is a visual and vibration alert.
- Allows communication in LIS.
