Template Management Overview
Template management provides a single, unified section to create and manage templates across all enabled channels that support template-based communications, such as SMS and WhatsApp.
You can access the Templates section directly from the main navigation bar on the left-hand pane, providing a single entry point for all your template-related activities.
From this section, you can select the channel you want to work with, view and manage your existing templates, or create new ones using a simple, guided multi-step wizard designed to make the process clear and intuitive.
