View WhatsApp Campaign

The View WhatsApp Campaign feature allows you to access and review the performance metrics of your WhatsApp campaign directly from the Campaign Details page.

To view a WhatsApp Campaign, perform the following steps:

1. Sign in to your Kaleyra.io account.
2. Go to Campaigns and then click WhatsApp.

The Campaigns listing page appears.

3. On the Campaigns listing page, click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the Status column and click View.

The Campaigns Detail page appears.

The Campaigns Detail page displays the campaign status metrics along with the Message Details section of the campaign.

The following are the campaign status metrics:

• Recipient – Total number of contacts that are addressed in the campaign.
• Submitted – Total number of contacts that were submitted to WhatsApp.
• Sent – Total number of messages that were sent by WhatsApp.
• Delivered – Total number of messages that are delivered to the end user.
• Read – Total number of messages that are read by the end user.
• Failed – Total number of messages that either are unable to be submitted to Meta or for which Meta returned a failure outcome.
