WhatsApp Templates

WhatsApp template allows you to send WhatsApp messages using a predefined format. Using Kaleyra's platform, you can submit an autonomous WhatsApp message template. Also, you can create and edit WhatsApp templates with or without media templates based on your requirements. After the WhatsApp templates are approved by Meta, you can use the template to send WhatsApp messages to your end-users outside any existing conversations. Templates enable you to both send notifications or marketing messages in a one-way fashion and also to initiate two-way communications.
