WhatsApp Status
This document provides information about the Status you would receive when executing the WhatsApp REST APIs.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| SENT | A webhook is triggered when the Meta WhatsApp for Business application sends your outgoing message to the customer. |
| FAILED | A webhook is triggered when a message sent by a business has been failed on Meta and/or end-user side. |
| DELIVERED | A webhook is triggered when a message sent by a business has been delivered to end-user WhatsApp application. |
| READ | A webhook is triggered when a message sent by a business has been read by the end-user on his/her WhatsApp application. |
| NOT-SENT | A webhook is triggered when Kaleyra WhatsApp application do not sent the message to Meta WhatsApp API for any reason. |
