Overview

Kaleyra.io provides a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) shortener feature that enables you to shorten the URL length without changing the destination address. Additionally, there is an option to create a shortened URL for the uploaded files. You can use this shortened URL in different channels while composing the messages. With URL shortener links, reduce the size of messages or you can use links to access the uploaded files. It makes your message crispier instead of long URLs or reduces the size in case you are attaching a file. In addition, Kaleyra.io's URL shortener enables you to view the analytics for each shortened URL with an option to track the users and view the details about who is using the shortened URL.

You can short a single URL manually or short the URLs in Bulk using the template. By default, shortened URLs are valid for 12 months.
