Search or Filter Files containing Bulk Shortened URLs

You can search or filter files containing bulk shortened URLs using the Kaleyra platform.

Search File Containing Bulk Shortened URLs

You can search the file containing bulk shortened URLs using the assigned name.

To search the file containing bulk URLs, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to your Kaleyra account.
2. On the left menu bar, click URL Shortener.
   The Single URL tab detail appears.

3. Click Bulk Upload.
   The Bulk Upload tab details appear.

4. In the Search field, enter the file name based on your entry and the search result appears.

Filter Files Containing Bulk Shortened URLs

You can filter the file containing bulk shortened URLs. You can filter the files using the following options:

• Status - You can filter based on status. The available options are completed, pending, processing, and failed.
• Created on - You can filter based on a creation date range from a start date to an end date.

To filter the file containing bulk shortened URLs, perform the following steps:

1. Follow step 1 to step 3 of Search File Containing Bulk Shortened URLs.
   The Bulk Upload tab details appear.

2. Click Filter. The filter option appears on the left pane of the page.

3. You can filter based on the following options:
   1. Status - You can filter based on the status of the files containing bulk URLs, such as completed, pending, processing, and failed.
   2. Created on - You can filter based on creation date defining the start date and the end date. To set the start date and end date, perform the following:
      1. Click the Start Date, a calendar pop-up appears, select the start date from which you want to filter the shortened URLs, and then click Done.
      2. Click the End Date, a calendar pop-up appears, select the end date up to which you want to filter the shortened URLs, and then click Done.
4. Click Apply. The filtered list appears.
