Interactive Programs

Interactive program templates are designed to increase ease of use in setting up a 2-way conversation with mobile end-users based on specific objectives. Each template serves as an auto-responder with configurable options to customize the programs.

To access the Interactive Programs page, click on Interactive from the main menu bar in Communicate Pro.

The interactive program houses the following topics:

• Text Response
• Competition
• Customer Care
• Multi-Step Programs
