Manage your WhatsApp Channel

You can manage and test the WhatsApp messages using Sandbox for the WhatsApp channel using the feature available on the WhatsApp - Manage page.

You have the following features available on the WhatsApp - Manage page:

  • Campaigns - You can launch campaigns, search the campaigns, filter the campaigns, view the launched campaign details, and request reports for the launched campaigns. For more information, see WhatsApp Campaign.
  • Dashboard - The dashboard feature allows you to test the WhatsApp message using Sandbox. For more information, see WhatsApp Dashboard.
  • Configurations - In the Configurations page you can add a number, search number, filter number, and edit the existing number. For more information related to adding a number, see Add a Number. Also, you can add a template, search the template, filter the template, view the template details, and edit the existing template.   • Analytics - You can view the analytics in the form of logs and reports for WhatsApp messages and conversations. You can view the logs for WhatsApp messages on the Logs page.
