Monthly Day Wise Summary Report
The Monthly Day Wise Summary Report for SMS allows you to get an automated summary report over email every third of the month. It contains information based on dates for the total SMS sent daily, total units of SMS sent daily, and credit utilized on any given day for the overall sent SMS.
Sent SMS are those messages that have been accepted by the kaleyra.io platform, processed and then sent to the carrier for the delivery attempt. The Total Sent and Total Units hence do not include NOT-SENT messages, that is the messages that for any reason kaleyra.io platform discards before passing them to the carrier.
The Total Sent and Total Units includes messages that have been delivered, have failed in the network or at the device level and the ones for which no delivery report has been received from the carrier.
Once you enable and configure the recipient email addresses for the Monthly Day Wise Summary Report from the Notifications page under your profile settings, you will receive an email notification to the configured email address with an option to download the monthly day-wise summary report.

The monthly day wise summary report contains the following details:

Enable and Configure Monthly Day Wise Summary Report
To enable and configure the monthly day-wise summary report, perform the following steps:
- Log in to your Kaleyra.io account.
- On the top-right of the page, click the User Profile drop-down and then click Settings.
The General Settings page appears.
- On the left menu bar, click the Notifications.
The Notifications page appears.
- Scroll down to the Monthly Day Wise Summary Report.
- Toggle Monthly Day Wise Summary Report.
The Monthly Day Wise Summary Report pane appears.
- Toggle Monthly.
The Send Report To field appears.
- In the Send Report To field, enter the email addresses to receive the monthly day-wise summary report.
Notes:
- By default, the account owner’s email address is present.
- A minimum of one email address is required to save the monthly day-wise summary report configuration.
- You can add multiple email addresses separated by a comma. For example - [email protected],[email protected].
- Click Save.
The Request executed successfully message appears.
Notes:
- Click Edit Details to modify the Monthly Day Wise Summary Report setting. You can modify the frequency and email addresses of the Monthly Day Wise Summary Report.
- To stop receiving email notifications for the monthly day-wise summary report, toggle the Monthly Day Wise Summary Report and disable it.
- If you disable a previously configured Monthly Day Wise Summary Report, when you re-activate it, the same configuration will be automatically applied.
