Preview Template Details

You can preview the template message, similar to what your end-users will receive when you send them an RCS message using the approved template.

To preview the template details, perform the following steps:

1. Follow step 1 to Step 8 of the RCS Text Template.
   The Templates page appears.

2. Hover over the created template, the ellipsis icon appears. Click the ellipsis icon and then select the Preview Template option.
   The Preview Template pane appears on the right side of the page.

3. Click the Business info tab to view the business information for agent.
   The Info & Options details appear.
