Brands

The Brands section is the starting point for setting up RCS messaging. It allows you to create and manage your RCS brand identities. A Brand represents your organization within the RCS ecosystem and must be created before setting up RCS agents. As an organization, you may have more than one Brand created in RCS ecosystem assuming all the created Brands are owned by or related to your organization.

Using the Brands section, you can:

• Create a Brand - Register a new brand identity for RCS messaging.
• Search Brands - Quickly locate a specific brand.
• View Brand Details - Access complete brand information and configuration.
• Navigate to Agents - Move directly to the Agents page for a given Brand to create or manage RCS agents under the selected brand.
