Request an RCS Report
The Kaleyra platform allows you to generate tabular reports and summary reports for your RCS traffic including all types of RCS messages. After the report is generated successfully, you can download and view the reports.
Note:
Message delivery tracking information is retained for up to 72 hours from submission. During this period, delivery status updates received from carriers are reflected in reporting and analytics.
If no final delivery receipt is received within this window (or if it is received outside of the window), the message status remains set to its last reported status, and no further updates will be available.
The absence of a final delivery receipt does not indicate delivery failure; it only means no additional status information was received from the carrier.
