Send Multi-Product Messages

POST Method

The Send Multi-Product Messages API allows you to send interactive messages to WhatsApp users with multiple product item details/information from the business’s inventory. The products are displayed in a Product Detail Page (PDP) format. For more information about the features provided by Meta for WhatsApp related to multiple product messages, see Product Messages. You can have up to 30 products product details/information from your e-commerce catalog, organized and customizable by sections in multi-product messages.

Prerequisites

  1. Before you get started, Create an API Key. To view the API Key and the SID, see View API Key and SID.
    A prerequisite for using Kaleyra WhatsApp APIs is to have an active WhatsApp plan on kaleyra platform.
  2. To set up a WhatsApp account on kaleyra.io, see Manual Signup
    and Embedded Signup.
  3. An active WhatsApp for Business API plan that includes:
    • A WhatsApp business number.
    • An associated profile with the business number.
    • A WhatsApp verified and approved profile.
  1. Register the product catalog with Meta before using the Send Multi-Product Messages API.
