GenAIBot

The GenAIBot is an advanced option available for enterprise user to add AI scope in chatbot using an approved WABA ID. It grants you the freedom to tailor the generative AI chatbot feature using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework for your end-users' persona. Persona can be related to a particular domain (for example, support, sales, marketing, and so on) at organizational level. While creating the GenAIBot, you get the option to upload your domain information in the form of PDFs to a secured repository. Your end-users can retrieve the information from those uploaded PDFs. Also, the GenAIBot can be used to know the purpose and summary of the uploaded PDFs, summary of your chat conversation, and many more.

Limitations

• A new PDF document cannot be updated to a drafted or published GenAIBot.
• You can download or delete PDFs from a drafted or published GenAIBot.
