The Kaleyra platform enables you to retrieve consent status for the channel based on mobile numbers and specific filters included in the request in real-time.
The statuses that can be returned in the response are as follows:

-1 | Number Not Found in the database. |
0 | Opt-out. |
1 | Opt-in. |
2 | Deactivated. |
Note:The use case for deactivations is the change of ownership of the mobile number. For example, User A with mobile 1234 now cancels his subscription plan. In this case, mobile 1234 is returned to the mobile operator. The mobile operator will then share a file with mobile number 1234 and status=deactivated.
