Consent Management requirements vary by channel and by region. The Consent Management solution in the Kaleyra platform makes it possible for your global brands to use the solution as and when needed to:

  • Remain compliant with regulations.
  • Improve the way user preferences can be expressed and used by the brand.

The Kaleyra platform enables you to configure Opt-In and Opt-Out consent features for each channel as per regulations.

Currently, only the SMS channel is available for consent in the US region.
