The Block Users API allows you to prevent specific end-users identified through their mobile numbers to receive WhatsApp message from your brand and to automatically block any message sent to your WhatsApp Business Number.
Limitations

You can only block end users who have messaged you in the last 24 hours.

Blocklist capacity is limited to 64,000 mobile numbers.
Using this API, you can:
- Block one or more WhatsApp user mobile numbers from contacting the business account.
- Unblock previously blocked user mobile numbers.
